Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made at shop.gelitup.com, operated by Thermitek Ltd, trading as GEL.IT.UP by GIUP®.

1. Check your order as soon as it arrives

Please open and check your parcel straight away. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email info@gelitup.com immediately, and within 7 days of delivery, with:

your order number
clear photos of the item(s) and the outer box and packaging
a short description of the problem

If the outer box is visibly damaged when it arrives, please also note this with the courier on delivery. Reporting quickly with photos lets us resolve your claim fastest.

2. Wrong item sent

If we have sent you the wrong item and we confirm it was our dispatch error, we will issue store credit for the value of the item, to use on your next order. You do not need to send the wrong item back unless we ask you to. If you would prefer the correct item to be sent, or a refund, just tell us.

3. Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, we will review your photos and send a replacement at our cost. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask you to. If we cannot replace the item, we will refund it.

4. Change of mind: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Opened products cannot be returned. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery. This includes gel polish, base and top coats, builder gels, polygel, liquids, primers, cuticle oils, creams and other cosmetic products once the seal, cap or packaging has been opened. Nail files, buffers and tools that have been used also cannot be returned.

To return unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging:

Email info@gelitup.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to:

You pay the cost of sending change-of-mind returns back to us. We recommend a tracked service.

5. Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the price of the returned items, plus the original standard delivery cost if the whole order is returned, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the items back, or until you have shown proof of sending them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than necessary to check it.

6. Exchanges

We do not exchange items directly. To change an unopened item, return it as described above and place a new order.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU and Bulgarian consumer law, including your legal guarantee rights for goods that are not in conformity with the contract.

8. Model withdrawal form
