How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over €100. For smaller orders, a flat delivery charge applies depending on your country, from €5.39 in Greece and Romania. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, and usually arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your country.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across the EU and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. In Italy and Bulgaria, GEL.IT.UP is available from our official distributors at gelitup.it and gelitup.bg.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email info@gelitup.com within 7 days with photos and we will put it right.
